The Selection of Raw Fabric &
Printing and Dyeing

From the selection of the initial raw fabric & lace fabrics to the colorful printing and dyeing, every link is devoted to every sincerity of our workers! with our imported dyestuff dyeing, the raw fabric is finally presented to us in the most brilliant colors

The Selection of Thread

Thread use is one of the most important steps in all processes, because the luster of the thread determines the texture of the pattern embroidered on the final fabric, so we only use the best thread.

The Selection of Beads &Sequins

There is an idiom in China called “painting the dragon to touch the sky”, and the beads&sequins embellishment on the embroidery fabric is just like “painting the dragon to make the sky clear”, which makes the whole fabric look more elegant and luxurious

Making Sample and Production

Before the large-scale production of each pattern, we will make a sample of the pattern which produce by model card making, and after continuous adjustment,once the sample is confirmed, we will start the production

Quality Inspection -Applique

During the production of fabrics, the machine sometimes will make small mistakes , after production,we will inspect the quality of fabrics,once find any mistakes,will correct it and make it perfect.

Quality Inspection - Patch

During the quality inspection, we will occasionally find that a certain point of sequins is not completely embroidered on the fabric, and the workers will repair it and present it to our eyes in the most perfect posture.

Fabric Setting

After the quality inspection, the good quality fabrics need to do final fabric setting.

Hot Fixing Stones , cutting holes, edge cutting

Hot fixing stones, cutting holes, and edge cutting can only be done after the fabric is ready, because its persistent requirements for perfection can only be done on flat and relatively hard fabrics

Finished Product

After the fabric is interlocked through multiple processes, it is finally perfectly formed and displayed with the most beautiful finished product

Package

Per 15 yards is packed into a large OPP plastic bag, and then pack into one bale
